Holly Graves & Associates is seeking a full-time clinician to provide one-on-one, evidence-based language intervention for students with reading difficulties, including many students diagnosed with dyslexia and/or ADHD. In this role, you will:

• Develop and deliver individualized, structured language interventions
• Build strong relationships with students and communicate effectively with families
• Coordinate recurring appointments and manage your schedule
• Collaborate, as needed, with parents, teachers, and evaluators
• Maintain availability before and after school
• Work three mornings per week, with an approximate 7 a.m. start

Holly Graves & Associates is one of Colorado’s most trusted teams of literacy and dyslexia interventionists. We are more than a reading program; we are experts. Our private practice provides high-quality, evidence-based reading and math instruction for students who are struggling, including many with dyslexia and/or ADHD. Our students range from kindergarten through college, with most students in kindergarten through sixth grade.

We’re looking for educators with 3–8 years of classroom experience who have developed a strong interest in dyslexia and learning differences. Our ideal candidate has earned, or is ready to use, a reading-specialist or special-education credential and wants to bring that expertise into a new chapter of their career.

• $65,000–$100,000 per year, depending on hourly commitment. Compensation is averaged across trimesters, with a minimum of 20 hours per week of direct instruction.
