Dyslexia Interventionist

Holly Graves and Associates is looking for a full-time clinician to join our team working one-on-one with students to provide evidence-based, structured language intervention for those identified as having reading difficulties, many of whom are diagnosed with dyslexia and/or ADHD.
Clinicians are responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention
- Communicating with families to schedule recurring appointments
- Availability before and after school
- Working three mornings a week (approx 7 am start)
- As needed, communication with parents, teachers, and evaluators
- Managing schedule
Banded salary: $65-95,000/yr, depending on hourly commitment, averaged across trimesters with a minimum of 20hrs/week direct instruction.

Who We Are:
Holly Graves & Associates has built a reputation as the most trusted group of literacy and dyslexia interventionists in Colorado because we are more than a reading program; we are experts. Our private practice provides high-quality, evidence-based, direct reading and math instruction for struggling readers, most with dyslexia and/or ADHD. Our students range from kindergarten to college, with the majority between kindergarten and 6th grade.

We’re looking for a dynamic personality with confidence in their ability to create meaningful connections with students, families, and coworkers. The candidate we’re looking for would describe themselves as fun, responsible, academically inquisitive, and a lifelong learner.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an educator (special or general education)
- Master’s Degree in Education, preferably in reading science or a related field
- Familiarity with the most common reading programs and training in at least one (ex: Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, IMSE, or similar)
